1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZIPP Discord Bot, Web Dropzone (zipp.saferely.com), or associated APIs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

ZIPP provides automated, high-efficiency video transcoding and compression powered by SVT-AV1, 10-bit color pipelines, and container repackaging to optimize video delivery on Discord and web platforms.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

You retain full ownership of any video or media content you submit. You represent and warrant that you hold the legal rights, licenses, and permissions to transcode and distribute the content. You agree not to upload:

• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
• Malware, malicious payloads, or files engineered to disrupt server infrastructure.
• Material that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. Zero Retention Policy

ZIPP operates on an ephemeral, zero-retention processing model. Raw uploaded media is purged immediately upon transcoding completion, and compressed deliverables are wiped upon dispatch. ZIPP is an ephemeral transit processor, not a cloud backup or storage locker.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Transcoding visual results, compression ratios, and processing times may vary based on source complexity and server load.
