1. Core Commitment: Zero Server Retention

ZIPP was engineered from the ground up to respect user privacy. We do not store, archive, inspect, or catalog your videos. All operations occur in an ephemeral sandbox:

• Raw Uploads: Unlinked and permanently purged from server disk the millisecond compression completes.
• Compressed Outputs: Permanently purged from server disk the instant Discord confirms receipt or browser download completes.
• Automated GC: A background garbage collector scrubs any orphan file older than 10 minutes.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personal identities, email addresses, phone numbers, contact books, or browsing history. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your video data or user profiles to third parties or data brokers.

3. Discord Interactions & Ephemeral Tokens

When you invoke /zipp inside Discord, temporary session tokens and Discord Channel/User IDs are utilized strictly to route the compressed video back to your requested channel. These identifiers are not stored in any permanent database.

4. Security & Encryption

All communication between Discord, your browser, and the ZIPP server is encrypted using modern TLS (HTTPS) standards.
